OK, It's really done now ...

I actually finished the L&L Lakeview Clapotis  for the second time:
and some small kitten has no desire to get up from it!

close to the end of the "Thinking of You" scarf , in a wonderful Zephyr 4/8 (more like a DK weight, which I had never tried before) bought from Heritage Yarns  ... Margaret Pittman gives fabulous service!

and some little kitten has certainly recovered from her "procedure" earlier in the week, as witnessed here:

that's literally about 8-1/2 feet up from the ground; I asked her how and why she got up there, but I got no answer.

Oh well, at least she's feeling more like her feisty self ...

Fire Department (aka Froggy) was called to rescue her from the "tree".

CopyCat & Camouflage

It's been a while ... there's been lots of knitting, but no pix yet (unless you count the one here);

Coco (now conveniently renamed Squeaky as in wheel, since Siberians are notoriously quiet and she never shuts up) is giving it the once-over.  This is the reincarnation of the Lion & Lamb Clapotis that ended up as a large ball of yarn about six weeks ago.

I'm determined to finish it yet again ... so far no flubs, and I've got about three dropped stitch sections to go before the decrease part.

There's other knitting going on, but nothing to blog about (i.e. no good pix).

But I did order a cat bed or two thanks to Wendy's enabling.  Can you find the kitten in these pictures?

Um ... maybe I should yet again rename her as "Waldo"?

this is a fairly recent (about a month old) picture of the big girl, Kiki - she's still exquisite

and the little one (Coco) is still a PITA - see how she's grown???

and the knitting is progressing - there's some Khaki Cables, there's some Jackie E-S heart scarfing, and there's some reknitting of the Lion&Lamb Lakeview colorway Clapotis ...
