Deciding to K.I.S.S. for the beginning of 2007, I am still working furiously on my clapotis in Lorna's Laces Lion & Lamb
and as I was in the process, I thought, how nice it would be to make a clapotis from this:
after all, I certainly have enough of it, and I certainly am enjoying the "mindlessness" of the pattern and the goodness of the wool/silk combo; what could be better than 100% silk?
Maybe this?
excuse the flash, but I hope that you can guess what it is - never saw anything like it before!

I'm coming in late, but was tickled to see your Tilli Thomas yarn -- I'm thinking of that for a Clapotis myself -- and also glad to see I'll not be the last person in the world to make one by very much.

Gotta find those mints! My favorites--chocolate and mint! Hmmm... come to think of it, I also like a nice choco-brown-and-mint-green combo to knit with, too. Wonder if I have any of that around? Or who would make some??

I did the Clappy in Lorna's as directed, but love it best in our favorite Blue Heron. Only problem-- it takes about 1 and a half skeins. Want to split 3 sometime!? Bev
